Seems like everytime I post, I am saying, “Wow, it has been awhile since I posted.” But I have been working on my other blog too, What is WOD?

I have actually been putting a pokies through shirts lot more effort into it.

I started CrossFit and I am eating healthy.

I have lost 55 lbs.

I still have more to go.

I still need to finish Terry Copper.
